The Taj Group of Hotels and its many award winning restaurants constantly required communication that talked about their various food festivals. This account was a quite a favourite of mine. Particularly because I had a lovely chap in servicing who convinced clients that in order to promote this, one must sample it first. Suffice it to say, we had fun.
